At Trail Bloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

UK Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).

2. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at hello@trailbloom.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Use a trackable shipping service to return your items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:
- Contact our customer service at hello@trailbloom.com to initiate an exchange.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement item.
- If the replacement item is of different value, we will refund or charge the difference accordingly.

International Returns

- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@trailbloom.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
